Shipping Policy
Orders will typically ship within 3-7 business days of full, verified payment unless otherwise noted for reasons such as availability. Once your payment has been verified, it can still take additional days to process, this is just an estimate. You will receive tracking information via email once order ships. If an item needs to be expedited, please email us at info@psquaredco.com. Items will be charged an additional fee for rushed delivery. Please note that we do not accept cancellations after an item has shipped.
We do not issue refunds or store credit for items that are lost or damaged by postal service. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping provider. In addition, we do not offer refunds or store credit for items refused.
International orders may incur additional charges by your native country and carrier.
Please be sure to enter your address fully and correctly to ensure delivery of items. Refrain from using abbreviations and specify apartment or unit number. If you entered your address incorrectly, please be sure to email us immediately. We cannot make any guarantee once order has shipped and it may be necessary to contact the carrier. Our sales team will assist as much as possible as we value your business. PsquaredCo does not hold responsibility for information entered incorrectly. If there are issues with verifying your address and several calls/attempts have been made, your order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued. You will have to place a new order. We cannot guarantee availability of any items as they are automatically placed back into our inventory upon cancellation. Items will not be held.
Return & Exchange Policy
DUE TO COVID-19 and FOR YOUR SAFETY ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sale and discounted items are final sale, no exceptions. Customers can still request an exchange on any item as we value your business. However, the exchange is at our discretion. Exchange must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear, deodorant, perfume, smoke and etc. You MUST email us within 48hrs of delivery to initiate an exchange and wait for approval. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. If approved, we will provide you with a return address. Many items are limited quantity and may sell out. If an items sells out, we will notify you via email. Please be sure to read the item's description and view our size chart before buying.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements and/or at our discretion. Approved exchanges for store credit or same item may incur a restocking fee.
